These tables show Tensor9’s standard service levels and adapters whose standard terms are still being defined. Your signed agreement determines the SLAs, covered adapters and operations, limits, remedies and support terms that apply to your deployment.
Each terms row is one standard service level. A pending row means no standard numerical term has been assigned to that directed adapter; it does not inherit another adapter’s target. Follow the adapter link for covered operations, request limits and examples. Latency measures time the adapter adds when handling the request and returning the response. It excludes separately measured time waiting for the target service only when your agreement permits it, as defined in the measurement rules. Monthly p99 means 99% of covered requests in the month must meet the stated latency target. Notes apply to all SLA rows for that adapter. On this page
