Coverage by target cloud

Mapping and limitations

Tensor9 provides a bounded Max adaptation of the Glacier vault/archive API over MinIO. It supports vault creation, deletion, description and listing; single-request archive uploads up to 256 MiB and archive deletion; and archive or JSON inventory retrieval through InitiateJob, DescribeJob and GetJobOutput. Retrieval jobs complete immediately: AWS cold-storage retrieval timing and pricing are not reproduced. Multipart uploads, ListJobs, vault locks, notifications, access policies, provisioned capacity and tags are unsupported. Jobs reject SNSTopic and OutputLocation; archive retrieval rejects RetrievalByteRange, and inventory retrieval rejects InventoryRetrievalParameters. These target services provide the mapping described above, within its stated limits.

Service level agreements

These tables show Tensor9’s standard service levels and adapters whose standard terms are still being defined. Your signed agreement determines the SLAs, covered adapters and operations, limits, remedies and support terms that apply to your deployment.
Listed terms cover requests sent through this service adapter. They do not cover direct connections to the target service or replace the cloud provider’s own SLA. Each origin-to-target pair has its own terms or an explicit pending status. See the SLA tables, measurement rules, and scaling conditions.

S3 Glacier to Scaleway Object Storage

SLA status: Not applicable This maps archive storage classes and lifecycle configuration. It is not a Glacier request-serving adapter or a promise about archive retrieval time.

Debug this service

For requests through a service adapter, use Explain and request diagnostics to investigate the selected mapping. Follow the BYOC service-adapter debugging runbook to capture and interpret the diagnostic evidence. Service Catalog.
